SC sees loopholes in Article 175-A
ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday observed that there were many loopholes in the Article 175-A of the 18th Amendment, which might cause a constitutional crisis with regard to the judges’ appointments under the new mechanism.
