SC rules in favour of Fata employees
ISLAMABAD – Setting aside the PHC’s verdict, Supreme Court directed the federal as well as NWFP governments to treat Fata employees under the same terms and conditions which existed at the time of dissolution of the centrally administered Tribal Areas Development Corporation back in 2002.
