ISLAMABAD – President Asif Ali Zardari, who is also leading the ruling PPP, has made it clear to Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Monday that he will shed all his powers hindering the democratic system but cannot quit the party office, sources informed on Monday.
