Two more girls’ schools blown up in Swat
Militants had blown up two more girls schools in Mingora city of district Swat. According to sources, unknown persons blew up girls primary and secondary schools with explosives in Bannar area of Mingora. All girls schools in the district have been closed since January 16 after threats given by militants. The closures of schools put the future of more than 80,000 students and 8,000 women teachers in jeopardy. Meanwhile, security forces operation against militants continued in Swat.
