British minister to speak at Mumbai attack hotel
Britain’s Foreign Secretary David Miliband is due Thursday to make the highest-profile visit by an overseas diplomat to Mumbai since November’s militant attacks, to speak on how to tackle extremism. Miliband was set to talk on “Terrorism — Our Shared Response” at the Taj Mahal hotel, one of a number of sites targeted by gunmen in assaults in which 174 people, including nine gunmen, were killed and more than 300 people injured. The visit, which comes at a time of heightened tensions
